Sofrito!!
Made several batches for storing in the freezer. I’m hoping to make enough to get us through Spring – when the Farmer’s Market starts again. I have still have another week to pick up more for my final batch for the year.
You’ll need:
- Large bunches of Cilantro – must be washed thoroughly to remove soil
- Red/Green/Yellow Bell Peppers, can add sweet peppers too
- Garlic
- Onions (Red/Yellow)
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Food Processor
- Zip lock bags for storing and freezing
