It’s smelling a lot like….

Sofrito!!

Made several batches for storing in the freezer. I’m hoping to make enough to get us through Spring – when the Farmer’s Market starts again. I have still have another week to pick up more for my final batch for the year.

You’ll need:

  • Large bunches of Cilantro – must be washed thoroughly to remove soil
  • Red/Green/Yellow Bell Peppers, can add sweet peppers too
  • Garlic
  • Onions (Red/Yellow)
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Food Processor
  • Zip lock bags for storing and freezing
