Breakfast sandwich (Gluten-free)

Gluten & Dairy-free Breakfast sandwich

In a cast iron skillet, Spray oil, heat the pan on low.

Slice the English muffin in half. I use: Gluten-free Food for Life brand

Spread your preferred butter on the English muffins. I use a Vegan spread

Add the Shredded cheese (as much/little as you want) I use: Daiya Shredded cheese

Chop and add a generous amount of Green onion on top of the muffins

Add a few shakes of Sesame seeds: I use 365 brand Sesame Seeds

Sprinkle salt & pepper

Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt (a few minutes)
