Excited to welcome Autumn and all the goodness of the Season. I was inspired by:
I tweaked the recipe replacing the flour with Gluten-free flour, the sweetner with Stevia and sugar-free Maple syrup…it’s moist, it’s Vegan and super yum! I also added chopped Walnuts and pepitas. Very yum!
Next time I’ll try her icing.
