Rethinking…

my way of eating. I’ve been gluten free for 1 month now …thanks to the book “Wheat Belly” by Dr. William Davis. I never knew how toxic and damaging gluten can be. Colorful throw

Working on: A solid granny square colorful throw on my hooks. It’s for a charity project that will go to a local family shelter. My Stitch & Bitch makes hats/gloves/scarves, etc. to donate every December. A fav: Bigelow Spiced Chai tea+ a winning protein bar & my Crochet. 🙂
