Celebrating St Patrick’s Day, 2016

In White Plains, NY I wore one of my mom’s scarves, Green, of course. The day was a little special thinking of how much she would have enjoyed celebrating herself. As we walked to the parade I felt her presence. The weather was perfect!

Coconut Oil …gone bad!

Lesson learned – check the jar, and the expiration date before buying Coconut Oil!! To the credit of Spectrum company they offered to replace the jar. I called ShopRite supermarket in hope that they actually remove the bunch of jars I saw when this was purchased. I’m disappointed that ShopRite allowed this to remain on
